I totally get it. This simple subscription gets you on your mat twice per week.

Yoga Therapy meets the needs of the whole person by applying the tools of yoga and Ayurveda to address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of a person.
Maybe you have niggly health concerns that you feel could benefit from a holistic approach alongside mainstream medical advice?
These sessions address your specific health and wellbeing concerns through yoga therapy and exercise physiology.

I love to share yoga and mindfulness via classes, workshops and retreats in the community and corporate settings.
From simple playful movement classes to deeply reverent meditations to candid and practical workshops, sharing yoga relevant to the modern human is my jam. I encourage people to get curious, slow down and spark joy.
